How to delete your data from Imtyaaz services, including data received through Facebook Login.

Imtyaaz LMS (app and website)

Sign in to the Imtyaaz app or website and choose Delete account in your account settings.
Or email info@imtyaaz.com from the email address on your account (or include your registered mobile number) and ask us to delete your account.
We confirm the request and then delete your account, profile, learning activity, notes, sign-in history and push notification tokens. Purchase and invoice records that the law requires us to keep are retained only for that purpose.

On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, select Imtyaaz and choose Remove. This stops Facebook from sharing new data with Imtyaaz.
Meta then notifies us. To delete the data we already received from Facebook (your name, email and Facebook account ID) and the rest of your account, follow the steps above or email us with the subject "Facebook data deletion".

Reply STOP (or توقف) to stop marketing messages immediately.
Ask the business to delete your data. The business can export or erase all data about your phone number from its Imtyaaz dashboard. Erasure deletes your contact record and verification records and removes your number from message logs. Imtyaaz keeps only an anonymous record that you opted out, so you are not messaged again.
If you cannot reach the business, email info@imtyaaz.com with the business name and your phone number. We will forward the request and confirm the outcome.

Disconnect the account from the Imtyaaz dashboard (Numbers & accounts, then Disconnect), or remove the Imtyaaz app in Meta Business Settings under Integrations. Imtyaaz deletes the stored access token and stops receiving data for that account.
You can also remove the app from your Facebook settings. Meta then sends Imtyaaz an automated deletion request and you receive a confirmation code with a link where you can check its status.
The WhatsApp platform does not store Facebook profile information.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Data we must keep by law, such as invoices, is kept only as long as required.
